Why not register this 10.25 year old as a 5th grade Webelo and have him
work with the troop he intends to join. And even attend Webelos camp.
Now what do you do with a 5th grade webelo, who came into cubs as a 5th
grader, is 10.5+ years old so did not earn the Arrow of Light?
His fellow 5th grade webelos have crossed to troop.... there is no more
5th grade den....I realize he is registered until November as a Webelo,
but do you just let him drop by the wayside.
I don't think so.......
