A little more explanation is now in order.

This boy was from a Very low income family
which is extemely UNCOMMON in our area.

The leaders felt this boy could use some guidance
as his dad had taken off and Mom and He were on
welfare.

The troop gave him free membership (paid out of troop
operating funds) and the troop sent him to summer camp
also. Leaders gave him rides to all the meetings. In the
end, there were always multiple riders when he was in the car.

This boy learned the art of a free ride and how to
get what he wants through intimidation.

He called the police on his mother because he wanted
to do "something - details are gone" as said she
was beating him up. ALL UNTRUE.

When I say BE PREPARED for liability problems, I have
nightmares about this kid.

He's gone.. Never rejoined especially when he found that
he would need to be responsible for his actions. No more
free rides.

Am I afraid? YUP... Am I glad he is gone before my time
YYYY UUUU PPPP !!!!

Once again, I am only concerned about 1/2 % of kids.. a minicule
amount but their rath can be devestating.

Good luck out there!
