Why can't the dens meet where the pack meets? Where is the spirit generated
working on a project or skit to show off to the parents and other boys at the
Pack meeting? Sounds like this may be a one "man" show. The cubmaster cannot
run an effective program alone; he should have 2 committee members and den
leaders for at least 2 dens. Often this takes a lot of personal contact for
recruiting, but the result is worth the effort - boys stay active!

Stereotypes don't always apply. See Kathy's earlier post regarding the effort
that goes into program design.
