Adirondak High Adv. Area

I am 16 years old, a Life Scout, and a member of Troop 44 in Pine Grove
Mills, PA, just outside of State College (Penn State #1). My troop is
actively involved with the outdoor program and we are looking for new
adventures. In the past, we have earned our 50 miler patch, a couple 20K
patches for the Mid State Trail (MST), and hiked the complete trail of Pine
Creek Gorge (West Rim Trail). As you can see, there is not much more we can
do in Pa.. So my troop has decided to go on a trek in the Adirondack
Adventure Area in New York state this summer. We have narrowed it down to
two treks in this order:

1) Marmaduke

2) Mitchell Sabattis

I would like to know if anyone has been on any of the treks, or
heard stories about them. If so, I would like to get your thought suggestions.

Please reply to a general posting, or privatly to me through my Dad's
account - kfuls@icscad.com

Thanks.
