Kelly, all of these horror stories about bad blood developing with in units
after word of possible abuse, I am starting to become a believer of telling
no one except the Scout Exec. The Scout Exec has the responsibility and the
training to do the investigations quitely and hopefully avoid the situations
where all end up getting mad at each other and that sort of thing.
Looking back at the situation, hinesight right <G>, what you should have
done is stopped the treasurer when they started to tell you of the situation
and told him to go to the call the Scout Exec and tell the story to him and
let him deal with it.
