Hi All,
In the State of Maryland we have a similar statute. If Child abuse is
suspected it is to reported imediatly to Social Services. At Youth
Protection Training we hash over this every time in relation to BSA
policy and the compromise we seem to come up with is to make two phone calls.
One to the CE and one to Social Services.
