Hello everyone!!! My name is Haney Jones and I am happy to be
joining all of you on Scouts-L. Presently I am a junior at Auburn
University studying accounting and economics. As for Scouting, I am
currently an Asst. SM of Troop 85 in the Mobile Area Council(AL). I am
an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Woa Cholena Lodge #322. I
served as SE-3 Vice-Chief and Chief in 1990 and 1991. Presently I am
serving as CVC for Native American Events at the 1995 SR-8 Conclave. I
hope to learn how to make a smoother transition from a youth in the
program to an Adult Leader. While home over Christmas, I took 5 scouts
to winter camp, which is similar to summer camp although it is a little
shorter, and realized how difficult being a good leader can be. I
welcome any ideas and suggestions. Lastly, I love trading patches!!! I
mainly collect #'s 50, 135, 179, 204, 224, 310, 322, 324, 385, and 481.
I trade 322's(and whatever else I have in dupe) for just about
anything!! I'm also looking for area conferences from V-a, V-e, SE-4a,
SE-3, and SR-8. If you have any other items from Alabama I would be most
interested!! Well, I've rambled on long enough -

I hope to get lots of good responses!!!!

Haney
