An unusual situation...

Having re-read my original posting, I think I need to clarify :
I realize that YPP training is clear on how these matters should be handled.
The CC came to me, not to resolve the situation with the abuse, but to help
with damage control.
The issue as far as the alleged abuse has gone to the CE. My concern as UC
is for repairing the damage that this situation has caused at the unit level.
(My concern as a human being is for everyone involved). The Pack CC is
concerned that the damage may be almost irreparable, and that the Pack will
suffer greatly for a long time to come. I should point out that the Pack and
Troop are the only units in the town, and are not sponsored by the same
organization.
I apologize if my original post was not clear, any suggestions will be
appreciated!
