Aids to Scoutmastership Copyright

I obtained the files of BP's "Aids to Scoutmastership" from the list server and
have found it excellent reading. So much so, that I wanted to get copies
printed up for others to use. But before I do so, I'd like to get a definitive
answer on the copyright status of the work. Can anyone tell me:

The original copyright date.
Renewal date(s), if any.
To whom did the copyright pass upon B-P's death (his heirs or Scouts UK)?
At what point did it pass into the public domain?
Has anyone in the UK Scouting Association verified its PD status?
