Advancement Booklet

Susan Ganther's questions have been pretty well answered by others
before I was able to get to my account where I have write access to
Scouts-L. I won't bother repeating what they have said but I will
point out that the references to the "Advancement Guidelines" booklet
are slightly out of date. The latest version of that booklet is now
entitled "Advancement Policies and Procedures Committee Guide." I
believe it is significant that the title now refers to policies and
procedures rather than guidelines. There is much of value in the
booklet. I seem to pick up some new tidbit every time I go through it.
I highly recommend it to all.
