Address of BSA in Europe

To all

A month or so ago I remember someone posting the address and telephone
number of the Scout office and supply store located in Germany.

I have run across a Scouter in Ireland that wants to order some of the new
Explorer Green Shirts and very likely it would be cheaper for him to order
from the office that is in Europe rather than from the USA. Does anyone
remember the address for BSA in Europe, perhaps Mike Walton?
