Please post something about your experiences at that camp. We had a Russian
Scouter from Perm in the Ural mountains as a camp commissioner at Camp Kern
in central California.
Indeed, it was a situation guaranteed to send a member of the John Birch
Society into a foaming frenzy. The Russian cognate for commissioner is
Komissar. The Boy Scouts were infiltrated and had a "Russian Komissar"!!!
;-)
And a very nice chap he was, too.....
