Hmm? I'm not aware of any substantial change in the current YPP training
program. Are you refering to a poliy change of which I am unaware?
Currently, the training is optional (except for Natioanl Camp Leaders) and
lasts 90 minutes (or more, at the trainers option). Some Councils have
added to the requirements in various ways, (including requirements for all
Leaders in some areas) but this is just a local policy.
I have heard of the Cub ALT training syllabus change, but had heard nothing
of any changes in the YPP area.
