If this is true, we sure can change it. It will take effort, but, as you
say, anything worth doing takes effort.
BTW, the drinking age _was_ successfully raised to 21 in many states after it
had been 18 for quite a while. *g*
See, attitudes change and this, too, can be changed... _if_ this is true!
