My honies (Jessiann Ryan) has been in contact with several folks
living in Omaha in advance of a move toward that city (yes folks, we
are "city shopping again"). I'll ask her to give me Debbie and Lynn's
addresses to see if they could perhaps help me with this task. I'll
also check with some friends of mine at Mutaul of Omaha to see if
they know where to find one or two at. You ARE talking about the red
and white city/state strip, right?

Great! I have a soft spot for Commissioners, being on both the
receiving ends of Commissioners that were nothing but "position
holders" to those that "bent over backwards, sidewards and otherwise"
to assist me; and those Districts I've led as District Commissioner
providing service with a small staff and in some cases, Scouters that
don't really appreciate what the Commissioner can do for them, or
worse, feel that the Commissioner is the "front man" or the "spy" for
the Council.

I hope that much of what we discuss here can help you in your role to
create better units and better managed units for your District.

It's not a "alt." group. It's a "rec." group, and most if not all
news readers carry it. Right now, however, they are going through
some DEFINATE growing pains and they have to see if they can
"rearrange" themselves.
