Mike,
I checked the Compuserve listing of archive files available through
Scouts-L and didn't see anything that looked like Scoutrel, etc. If
someone remembers or has a copy, I sure would like to take a look. We are
always looking to build on good ideas. I did a similar smaller item (16
pages) for Wood Badge, but it too is now dated because of changes and new
emblems.
Regarding uploading, that is a delicate issue. Until we get a firm
commitment from BSA to publish and their approval, we are hesitant to
upload. Reason being that, if it is widely available for free, they may
be hesitant to make the costly investment necessary to publish . . . and
its not cheap to publish.
What I can do is to pull up the file containing the older stripped down
version and update it over the next month or so. I can and will upload
that version. It will have a lot of the most critical information and
will take a lot less room to store without graphics. In addition, both
Jim and I will be happy to help anyone with questions when they arise to
the extent we can. I know that Jim recently helped an Islamic Scouter on
the Prodigy forum for Scouting to find the requirements and contact point
in New York. While Jim is not on Scouts-L, he can be reached at Jim

How does that sound?
Re the Metro: It now has stations at Eisenhower Avenue, Huntington, and
Van Dorn Street. A new station will open soon just off of Beulah Street,
which is a lot closer to Fort Belvoir, where we've had a few District
Camporees.
