Advancement for LD Scouts...

One thing I would like to add is if a scout has not reached Eagle by his
18th birthday the scout can apply for a extension. The troop committee
can make this request on the basis of a mentally handicapped individual.
We have one such scout with the rank of Life and is about to start his
Eagle project. This request for extesion is made through you council
office.
One question I would like to ask. Does anyone on the list know of any
other list that deals directly with learning disabilities. How do you sub-
scribe to them?
I also forgot to mention that my oldest son is ADD and also has Sensory
Integration Dysfunction. He is will be 13 years old next July.
Hopefully he will complete his First Class at summer camp in two
weeks.
