Age limits apply to Scouts with disabilities just as they do for all youth.
IF the nature and extent of the disability is such that relaxation of the age
requirement will establish parity for a specific youth, AND IF there is
professional (medical, not scouting) concurrence in this, THEN the
requirement SHALL be modified.
No disability should automatically be regarded as an inability to achieve
within normal time frames. Every case must be judged on its own merit.
