A trained jerk

I said AMEN to training but I agree with some comments which followed.
In my town, there is a scoutmaster who has been one for many years in
FOUR different units. He has had SFT and Wood Badge. He proudly displays
his beads but the ONLY scout function I have ever seen him attend was
Wood Badge Dine In before it lost its council stamp of approval (long
story, don't ask). He is definitely proof positive that when you train
a jerk, you get a trained jerk.
