Re[2]: HATS ON focus on my question

There has been quite a lot of discussion on the hat question I raised earlier.
Please note that this is not a question of religion.

The situation is simply (in today's world of youth) what is the harm in wearing
a none scout hat in the Scout Lodge (not a church) during meetings. The kids
do not wear full uniforms, so they are wearing none scout pants or shorts.

I need to make a decision one way or the other and stick to it. I sense the
kids don't like taking off a hat after wearing it all day: its a hair problem,
which to a teenager can be a crisis!

I have already advised the kids regarding prayer and flag ceremony that these
hats come off.
