Subject: Speaking of United Way

Can anyone out there tell me what the relationship is currently between the
United Way and the Councils in the San Francisco Bay area. I am particularly
interested in the Santa Clara County Council. Is UW withholding funding over
the homosexual issue? Is BSA ignoring UW? Or is all well between the two now?
The reason I ask is that, like many of you, my company pressures all employees
to contribute to UW. I would like to know what the situation is with BSA in
order to formulate my response to the pressure.
