Raul,
Delighted to hear from you. Since you are there, could you please spend some
(considerable?) time discussing the re-birth of Scouting in the Moscow
Region? I know there are several people here who would really like to see
what's going on there.
I spent some time with the rebirth of Scouting in the Czech Republic, and can
recommend the experience to one and all!
