Hey Boo-Boo! :)
I'll second George's emotion about liquor. I see absolutely no place for
it in the Scouting movement. A staff member at Ransburg last year was
fired immediately when it was discovered he had brought liquor onto the
premesis--I think they caught him drunk at one point.
We have regular "debriefings" at a local pub after Management Team and
Roundtable meetings but the strict rule is--NO UNIFORMS! I've gone home
a couple of times and changed shirts because I forgot to take a civilian
shirt with me to Roundtable. And I might add, I don't even drink anymore
because of a medication I'm on, but I <still> wouldn't wear a uniform
into a bar...BSA gets enough bad press as it is. :(
