I really get a kick out of this Mike. While BSA may restrict the list,
I have been able to get a copy of the exact same data every year for the
past four years. It is called the Council Red Book and is sold by Ed
Pagenkopp, who writes the CSPs-For Your Information column in the American
Scout Traders Association Report. There are two versions, Council version
listed alphabetically by council name and numerically by Council number or
OA version listed numerically by lodge number and alphabetically by Council
name. Each version costs $6 payable to CSP Collectors' List, 11758
Leibacher Ave., Norwalk, CA 90650. Each listing has Council Name and
number, lodge name and number, mailing address, location if different from
mailing address and telephone number.
I have no connection with the above except as a satisfied customer.
