Univ. of Scouting - Syllabus

Folks, I know that this subject was covered a few months ago, but I need some
help. We are preparing to hold a University of Scouting in Gulf Stream
Council, and we need a copy of a syllabus.
It's always better to try to get another wheel, rather than re-inventing one.
Those of you who have access to this material, I would greatly appreciate
having a copy. I will reimburse for postage and reproduction charges. If it
is on disk, so much the better, as long as it's on an IBM compatible format.
