Does anyone out there in virtual land have the definitive description of how to
make a council fire. This is something one of our Webelos leaders heard about,
and wants to try it at our campout. He hasn't been able to find any
description of it, other than a vague verbal description. I appreciate
anything you can send my way, and I'll pass it along to him.
