Need Address Info

Having trouble getting some info out of the Council Office.
I need mailing addresses for all the Councils in Indiana and the surrounding
states (Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio) and the names of the OA Lodges
(if they exist) in those councils. We are getting the runaround from
Council ("that's a restricted list") and it's for a project that one of
the adult advisors in my chapter wants to take on.
Now I don't believe for a minute that this is <actually> a restricted list,
but I don't feel like raising Cain with Council, either. :)
Appreciate any help from the Roundtable That Never Ends (tm).
