In Sweden we prepare a special mushroom that grows om birch trees
and use that when we start a fire with Flint and steel. The preparation is hard
to do.
You have to boil the mushroom in water with the ashes from birch wood in to hour
s and
the cut it in small pieces wich is flattened between to rocks.
It,s hard but the resuslt is godd just a tiny spark and it will glow a long time
.
