The two deep leadership can be handled by having someone who can see
what is happening, but can't hear.
For example, at Webelos resident camp a leader from a den near ours
needed to talk to a boy. Since the rest of the unit was leaving he
asked me to watch. Our dens were campled in an western [movie] style
fort with a walk way between the second story units. I stood on the
walkway where I could see what was happening, but I couldn't hear and
wasn't part of what was going on. They were at a picnic table in the
court yard of the fort.
