This is why I've asked. I don't know what the BSA regulations are. My district
training chairman taught a section at the last training session (I was part
of the team) and told the participants that adult leaders should not dispense
prescription drugs.
I'm hoping someone will reply with chapter and verse (so to speak) from
BSA policies.
The GSUSA method sounds good.
