I don't know about the mainland of Europe, but here in UK the <only>
Scout programme recognised by the World Orghanisation is that of The
Scout Association.
Your local International contact should have information on other Scout
organisations worldwide, or would be able to obtain such information.
Alternatively, try the local LDS church youth organiser (forgive me if I
don't use the correct title) - they should have information about their
own denominational organisations.
