Dave, APO-L is a list on PURCCVM. It is an active list and should be able
to answer any questions you have re APO.
RE Aviation Explorer Post, I would check to see if there is a local CAP unit
that might already be organized into an explorer post. In the past I have
worked with several CAP/Explorer posts and they have been great.
And, after nearly 20 years in student activities/student union programming,
I wouldn't want a college organization to be a charter partner. I favor
established, longer term community groups.
