I am planning to take my troop to Seabase this summer and am looking for
cheap transportation (the largest expense). Someone suggested that the Air
Force Reserve has to do a certain amount of flying and has taken groups if
the schedules and directions fit. I checked this out. They won't do
airlifts, but will give training sessions from one airport. I'll file that
away for future use. Just wondering if anyone has run across any other
ways of getting from one place to another (beyond the normal air charters,
driving, etc). Thanx in advance for your input.
