Hey All!
If you get this message several times, I apologize. However, if you
belong to APO-L, SCOUTS-L, or APOSEC52, you will see multipe copies. In
a few days, I will be sending this out via private mail to certain
individuals to make sure the change gets made.

The account is the same, but MCI doesn't attempt to keep their account
"names" unique. Once they add a user with a first initial/last name
combination that is currently being used, they do not inform the account
holders. Mail sent to the account is supposedly bounced with some sort
of message indicating addressing corrections, but I haven't been able to
produce one (sending mail from my Delphi Account).
I have complained to MCI, but haven't gotten a response. If you would
like to help me, please try sending a message to the old address. Note
in your message which address you sent it to. I will reply to any
messages that reach me. If you don't recieve a "bounce" message within
48 hours, please mail me at the new address. If you do receive a bounce
message, please mail me a copy. I ask for this as I need some evidence
that their bouncing program isn't working correctly. Thanks in advance
for your assistance.
