No! Don't tip the bus driver. Tip waiters and waitresses unless they
provide poor service. Tip bellmen at hotels; nobody at motels, unless
you've stayed a few days and wish to leave a small tip ($1-$2/day) for
the maid. Since you're taking the poor-man's tour, you have little to
worry about other than the restaurants.

I don't think a tour bus operator should (or would) expect a tip. If he
did, he'd be disappointed with me.
