Well, it depends on where you are. Check your bill to see if a service
charge has already been added. If not, 10% at a local restaurant is good
enough, 15% at a posh place. It's also 15% for a haircut. As for taxi
drivers, 10% should be more than enough, plus a dollar for every big bag he
helps you with. A dollar per bag is also applicable to bellhops.
