Steve:

I am the listowner of Seascout-Net and, while I monitor the
discussions, I don't "moderate" them per se. The list is only about 7 =
weeks
old and off to a terrific start. I guess it'll take a little while for =
the
word to get around that we're out here. There are currently subscribers =
from 8
countries. While most of the posts so far have been from the U.S., we =
would
love to hear more from our colleagues elsewhere. (THANKS VERY MUCH for =

writing.)

The Seascout-Net archives are at
<http://www.rt.scouter.com/seascout-net/Archives/>; their home page is =
at
<<http://www.rt.scouter.com/seascout-net>

I'm going to have to keep this very brief because I'm really at a
conference for the next few days. We'll look forward to hearing from =
you on
the list. Welcome Aboard!

Hello everyone.

Ive just found out and subscripbed to this mailing list and after reading
the welcoming messages have wondered why I havnt found it before?

Anyway Id like to say hello to all current users. Also is there anywhere
where past messsages have been archived. I read about this in the messag=
e,
but it didnt say if they were available or not. If they are or if anyone
has them stored on their system would it be possible to let me have a =
copy,
Id be most interested, my email address is on the bottom of this message.

Also if they arnt currently available on the net, Id like to donate some
space to this, both in the way of a list home page and message archives, =
if
you can find a way of doing it you can also have a mailing form on the =
page
as well, Ive got my ideas on how this can be done but nothing definite?? =

What I would ask is if there is someone who moderates this list, or has
control of it, there must be an originater somehwhere, if they get in
contact with me then maybe we could sort something out :)

By the way Im a venture scout here in the UK in case you were wondering.
Which countries currently have access to the list, is there a faq to go =
with
it? maybe this can all be added to the pages??

Look forward to someone replying

Yours in Scouting
