NELC 1998

I hate to clutter the net with more "stuff", but since there seems to be
some interest, I will pass this along.
The 1998 NELC is to be held July 12-18 at the University of Maryland,
College Park, MD. Posts and contingents that attended the 1996 NELC should
receive a special announcement. Councils should have a kit containing
council guidebook, fact sheet, staff applications, and competition
guidelines by the end of February. This is based on a letter from BSA that
accompanied my staff application so I would assume it to be reasonably accurate.
