There are two new mailing lists that maybe of interest to people they are
called explorer-net and seascout-net
Explorer-net is primarily for Venturers and Explorers (depending on which
country you are from) and their leaders/advisors.
To subscribe is easy
the address is listproc@scouter.com
leave the subject line blank
In the main body type, subscribe explorer-net <your name> or seascout-net
<your name>
