Re: QuarterMaster Award (fwd)

I don't have any answers to your question. I would like to know more about
national and local awards that units have developed. We get very little
council or district help as the council is flat broke and focuses little
attention on exploring.

At a meeting last night the officers delt with the lack of participation at
service projects - Those who participate get first in line for outings,
meals and anything else for which you queue. The kids wanted action not
certificates!
