Recruiting - Contact your local council re a "First Nighter" - They will provide
a computer print out of teens in the area who have an interest in your
speciality.
Training - There is excellent ADULT training available that can help answer some
of your questions. Also you get to meet other leaders. Networking is almost as
good as the training.
Round Tables: Council also provides round table meetings where adult leaders get
a chance to meet and discuss problems.
Try these and see how fast you learn of others.
