The most active Sea Scout discussion group is Compuserve's SCOUTING Forum.

The Sea Explorer Manual, Skipper's Handbook, Coxswain's (Crew Leader's) Handbook, & Blue
Water-Green Skipper are all in revision. However, all of the foregoing as well as SEAL,
Sea Explorer Advanced Training and Sea Badge courses are also being revised but can be
obtained.
